Hmmm... Sunday... my normal activity would be do the laundry and cleaning the house and after that rest.. but somehow today evening hubby decided to go the Floria Putrajaya... So, here we are.. our very 1st time to Floria Putrajaya ever since it started as Putrajaya annual event..  Dia ala2 Laman that organised by our National Landscape Department la.. tapiiiiii... LAGI BEST DARI LAMAN .... Jangan marah, Darling....

Movie Marathon Lagi, etc.

Today all of us started our day early. We had to go to Chow Kit market to buy some maternity sets... almaklumlah.. masa dah nak time kan... After we've settled with that, we went to Kg. Baru for breakfast but end up with early nasi padang lunch. Then dear hubby decided to go to KLCC... guess what?!!! This is Yasmine's 1st visit to KLCC... can you believe it??? We live in KL and yet this is her 1st visit there... poor Yasmine....  We watched The Proposal and G.I. Joe... The first movie was OK but the latter was SUXXXXXXXXX!!!!!!!!!! We left the cinema before the 1/2 way of the movie.

At nite we had a wedding dinner invitation. It was a wedding reception of my ex-boss, Dato' Dr. Nor Aini's children. It was held at the Perbadanan Putrajaya Convention Hall... The food was sooooooo goooooodd......(sampai bertambah2 la aku makan... dimahapkan sebab mak buyung kan.. , kalo tidak, malu la jugak.. ) besides have a chance to meet up with my ex-officemates...

Farewell to our Ex-Boss, Deputy Dean (Development)

All of us at the Development Division, Faculty of Engineering had a farewell party for our boss (actually hosted by him.. ) as he has been promoted to the post of Director of the office of Safety & Occupational Health Management in our (UPM) main campus... where his new office will be at the chancellory office.
All of us are wondering who our new boss will be... whatever it is, we wish you best of luck and congratulations, Dr. Samsul...

Family Day JLN '09
|
|
This weekend of ours is full with activities... on Aug 1st, we had a wedding invitation at UPM then on the same day at nite, dear hubby attended the Konsert Di Awan Biru, Search... since we had to attend the JLN Family Day '09 at FRIM and knowing his dearly wife who is quite slow in getting ready, he decided that we stayed at The Royale Bintang Hotel, Damansara.
So, after attending the wedding reception at UPM, we headed to The Curve... my goodness.... the traffic was sooooo baaaddddd... due to the illegal assembly held in the city centre recently... hubby was sooo impatient and he swerve to another route... Taman Desa.... my.. I have no idea how to get to Mutiara Damansara via this route... but at last, we managed to get there through my directions... thanx to all the road signages which helps a lot to those to reads it... sapa yang x baca dan x tau jalan and mengharapkan sampai tu mintak mahap la yek...
As soon as we reached the hotel, both of us had a nap while Yasmine was enjoying herself in our room.. playing on her own. Good girl...  At about 6pm we were ready to had our early dinner as hubby wanted to leave the hotel for the concert at 6.30pm while I wanted to be in the room early to watch the documentary about the late Yasmin Ahmad. So, we had our dinner at TGI Fridays... hubby had New York Strip and myself had a sirloin steak.. while Yasmine had her Fish & Chips.. After dinner, Yasmine & I went to Ikano to look for her cap... tapi... she refused to walk.... dia nak mama dokong... adoiyaiii... dah la my tummy bulging.. pastu nak kena dokong lagik... letih mak... stroller plak dok dalam keta kat parking.. malas & x larat nak pegi amik..  However, I managed to get a cap for my cutie curly Yasmine... and both of us reached the hotel at 8pm... dapatlah I tengok Majalah 3 - Yasmin Ahmad....

Alamakkk... aku bangun terlewat... set alarm at 6am.. tapi tersedar at 7.20am.. apa lagi... kelam kabut la bangun and getting ready... and we had to have our breakfast rushingly... Ini yang aku x suka nih.. makan rushing2... xder feel of the food langsung... Then from there we headed to FRIM straight away... we were among the first to be there... it was quite fun tp with my condition, x mengizinkan I to join all their activities... After that, we went home straight away... rest.. letih yang teramat sangat....

Our wiken story...

Had a wedding invitation from hubby's cousin.. Abg Yeh... his daughter's wedding reception. At first, Wet & co. and us are suppose to represent my PIL for the wedding reception.. but last minute we were being told that Kak Chik & co. and my PIL are coming down to KL to attend it. They spent a nite at my Wet's house and gather at our place on the next day to actually convoy to the wedding venue at Bandar Tun Razak. The bride & groom arrived when we were about to leave the place..
There after, we went to Alamanda to watch movie.. but since it was an immediate decision, hubby decided to purchase tickets for that nite's shows..  Then we went home... to have a goooooddd rest for tonite's movie marathon...
Once we reached the cinema that nite, hubby was Q-ing for our dinner @ 1901 and pack some popcorn and Yasmine couldn't help herself when she saw the Bumblebee poster... she automatically wanted to have a pix with that thing.....
We then proceed to the cinema to watch Ice Age 3 at 9.00p.m. show and later followed by Harry Potter and the Half Blood Price at 12.30 a.m. show... Harry Potter... what a bored movie... a movie without a conclusion... Wasting my time struggling bersengkang mata but the ending of the movie was suxxxxxx....
